Frequently asked questions
Shipping Options
We offer a standard mail (flat rate) option that has no tracking for ALL our customers. The price for this option will depend on where we're shipping to. Please know that if you pick this option and your package is lost or damaged we are not responsible for replacing it. If you want/need a delivery guarantee I would go with the tracking option. USPS usually has packages delivered in 2-5 (USA) day and 2-4 weeks (international).
Why Flat Rates on shipping?
We use a flat rate shipping option because it's just easier for everyone. This flat rate covers the cost of shipping where you order 1 or 100 sheets plus packaging. If you have a large order and it cost more to ship the package I cover the cost. This is the preferred method for the majority of my customers!
Wholesale availability
We are able to do some wholesale/ bulk orders. Please contact us for more information.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not gift wrap, but our products are shipped in a protective cellophane bag. If your orders is a gift please let us know if you'd like the receipt removed from the packaging. We can also write a short personal note on the back of our thank you card.
